We're a small team maintaining PaisaPilotAI alongside other commitments. We don't have round-the-clock support staff, and we're upfront about that. What we do promise is that every genuine email gets a thoughtful reply — usually within one to two business days, sometimes sooner.
If your question is about a calculation discrepancy, the most helpful thing you can do is include your exact inputs (CTC, city, investment amounts, regime preference) in your first message. That lets us reproduce the issue immediately rather than going back and forth.
